Commerce platforms, integrations and payment architecture

• E-commerce on Magento / Adobe Commerce and VTEX, and complex integrations between commerce platforms and external systems.
• Miniso México: designed and implemented the loyalty-program integration layer connecting VTEX, Aptos CRM and the mobile app, including points management and reconciliation, administrative tooling, reporting and production deployment on CentOS.
• Payment architecture work, including architectural decisions and safeguards for payment flows.

Commerce & technical leadership

Commerce platform, logistics, payments and technical leadership

• Led a small development team, with 6 developers reporting to me across different periods of the role, while remaining hands-on in design, development and production support.
• Coordinated technical delivery with logistics, marketing, sales and other e-commerce stakeholders.
• Designed and implemented a logistics orchestration solution that selected between Samsung Delivery, 99 Minutos, FedEx, DHL and Estafeta according to distance, product and operational rules, then synchronized the result with VTEX and enterprise systems.
• Implemented a two-card checkout payment flow using Mercado Pago and JavaScript/AJAX, and developed redemption modules for customer and employee programs integrated with the Samsung commerce ecosystem.

• Developed enterprise applications with Java, JavaServer Faces, Spring, Hibernate and MySQL.
• Implemented SOAP services and XML processing for a production integration between public-sector entities.

• Developed a biometric access-control system in C# for an office, integrating the application with a biometric reader and a physical relay that opens the door.
